CHANGING THE DISTRIBUTION OF PROPERTY IN A WILL

If an executor changes the distribution of the estate from what was in the will, and I check off on the benefitiary letter that I do not agree, what happens? And if the will specifically states that someone is not left anything, how can the executor just change that?

An executor is not allowed to change the distribution of the will just because he feels like it. You need to consult with an estate attorney so you can challenge his actions.
