My aged Mother, living in Arizona, has a mobile home underjoint ownership with a person living in Indiana. She has made numerous attempts to contact this person, seeking to purchase the interest or transfer her ownership to that individual. She can get no response or even a return phone call.
Is there a way to remove one owner without a signature? The goal is to have a cleared title prior to any estate situation.

This will have to be done through the legal system. She will need permission from the court/judge to do this. I recommend contacting a local attorney.
