Hello jc5459 I used to be a resident of Arizona. I am not a lawyer, but Az is what people call a police state. It has what are called private prisons not run by the state but by private corporations. The Judicial system is very strict when they want to be even for juveniles. They are REAL strict when it comes to identity theft. Sorry to say but for three counts selling to a undercover agent and he was already incarcerated doing five years doesnt seem too bad. My brother was convicted of statutory rape for having consensual sex with a 17 yr old never been in trouble in his life. He got 18 months and five years suspended, and two years parole one of his conditions for parole was he couldnt be alone with any minors. He went to see his parole officer and had his ten year old son with him. They revoked his parole and sent him back to prison for two years. this was in Az so like i said they are assholes when they want to be. sorry i couldnt give you an answer to make you feelbetter.
