2 Months ago, I had an MRI of Brain done for treatment of headache, and I was immediately admitted to hospital for emergency surgery, craniotomy and clipping of brain aneurysm, i had a large brain aneurysm, which i never knew.Fortunaetly, it was stable, and after cerebral angiogram I was sent home, and i am getting ready for surgery in 2 months.I had an MRI of Brain done in 2005 for ophthalmology work up, and I had that CD with me,which I was told negative, (and the radiolgyst's report says negative brain MRI) I showed to the neuro surgeons, ....and the same aneurysm was there almost the same size...They missed to report it......?? I want to sue the imaging centre.can I ?
