if we all sign a lease agreement

IF WE SIGN A LEASE AGREEMENT STATING ALL CHARGES FOR TOTAL RENT AND THE RENTAL AGENT ALSO SIGNS THIS CAN THEY COME BACK AFTER STATING THERE WAS AN ERROR IN CHARGE FOR THE GARAGE IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MORE? CAN WE BE HELD TO THE INCREASE OR ARE THEY BOUND TO OUR CONTRACT TILL THAT LEASE IS UP

This is a contractual issue and they may be able to come back for more money claiming a unilateral mistake. They can also claim even though they accidentally left it out, you should have been aware of this. However it is possible you may be able to hold them to this contract. i recommend contacting a local contracts/business attorney.
