defaming my name

can defaming my name by the landlord can it get you out of your lease early. if the landlord say that I can get out of my lease then she say no, first it was I am going to evict you if you don't paid me this and that and she keep changing how much I own her, she is charge 250 for 150 daughter but I live in housing, i have ask her to put everything I own her in writing and she has not done so can I get out of my lease early because this behavior.

I am not sure you have referenced any defamation in the above paragraph. Also I had a difficult time to understand what exactly is going out. However if you have a lease with your landlord, you will need good cause to be able to legally break the lease. You should also know what your rent is because that is something that should be stated in the lease. I recommend you bring your lease to a contract attorney who can better inform you of your legal options.
