Who is held responsible if a small group of kids take drugs in a home where no adult is home and one girl OD's and is taken to the hospital. Is there an adult that willbe held accountable if charges or fines are involved?

One of the people that will be responsible will be the person who supplied the drugs. Also it is possible that the parent/owner of the house will be responsible. Each state has their own specific laws on how they would handle this situation. This will likely depend on the age of the children, whether or not the owner of the house new about such activities, etc..
