child predators

My daughter is 17 and has been a relationship with a 35 year old man for the last 2 months without my knowledge. She says they have not yet had sex but is there any legal action I can take against him in this case.

If your daughter is correct, and they have not had sex yet, I do not see what crimes the 35 year old has committed. Also in certain states, the age of consent is 17 so depending on your state, she may even be able to have sex with him without him violating any laws.
