to-be-ex is brainwashing daughter

My to-be-ex is brainwashing daughter & using her to hurt me. mom tells girl to call her whenever girl is uncomfortable being @ other parent & significant other. This all started when girl was told dad is moving in with girlfriend. mom already lives with boyfriend & has for 7 months. house is in process of short sale. mom moved out on dad & daughter.
