my ex disrespects me and degrades me to my son, and would not let me talk to him because i would not talk to her what do i do?

my ex wife has been nothing but trouble. she disrespects me and degrades. tells me that im not a good father, i dont care about my son, and has posted disrespectful comments about my wife on the internet. she threatens me everytimew things dont go her way that she is going to take me to court to get full custody. my son tells me that she said that where we live is the foulest place to live and that my wife is the reason that we argue, she doesnt know my wife except her name. something needs to be done about the way she treats me and my son.

First, in regards to the messages your ex wife posts about your current wife, you may wish to look into pursuing a defamation action against her. Ultimately this will depend on the type of messages that are posted, where they are posted, etc...

In regards to ex wife's treatment of you, I am afraid you cannot force a person to be nicer. If her activity rises to the level of harassment or abuse, you may able to obtain a restraining order which could also affect custody. Generally, a judge determines issues of custody by looking at the best interests of the children.
