Good morning, After how long somebody that have been wrongfully terminated or laid off can follow a claim or follow a law sue against the company?

I would like to know if is a limited amount of time where an employee can follow a claim or a law sue against a company that have wrongfully laid of an employee.

What you are referring to is the statute of limitations for bringing the claim and it varies from state to state. If you let me know what state you are considering bringing the lawsuit in, I can tell you statute of limitations.
