Is it possible to have a marital settlement agreement amended or voided?

Either one of those is possible. The easiest way to do that would be with the permission of the other party. Otherwise you will have to go through the legal system. A judge will void or amend a marital settlement agreement if it is against public policy or the circumstances have materially changed.
