I have a baby w/ my boyfriend. We seperated and I need to know what to do to make sure He can't take the baby and keep him and file for custody. The baby lives w/ me now W/ my parents and he comes here to visit, but has not paid any support. What can i do to protect myself

First you should force your boyfriend to pay child support by using the legal system. Second of all, you can file for full custody in the court but note that the judge will do what is in the best interests of the child, which may include visitation rights or even partial custody of the child.
