counterclaim in divorce

My soon to be ex filed a counterclaim to my divorce petition. I was not asking for anything but the divorce, now I want to just split everything 50/50. What do I do? Does my ex need to be reserved?

I do not believe he needs to be reserved. However you may need to respond to his counterclaim. I recommend contacting a family law attorney to help you with this matter. Please also note you have a limited time to respond to counterclaims so you should do this ASAP.
