my son was on house arrest for another incident, he went to court and the case was dismissed. when they came to remove the device from him the found a warrent in dupage county for comtempt. because he did not show up for child support court in dupage county illiois. but he had called the courts in dupage county illinois to inform them he was on house arrest. so he has been in the cook county jail for seven days how long can they hold him before dupage county pickes him up?
