just sued and served in ca. county riverside for credit card debt....moving to georgia in couple days and need advice to resolve...notice indicates30 calender days to respond in writing or?? can i get legal assistance in ga. or advice????

Your best option is to hire an attorney immediately. If you cannot afford one, contact the BAR association in Georgia and see if they can refer you to a free legal clinic in your area. If you ignore this lawsuit, the credit card company will be able to get a judgment entered against you.
